CHANGING THE NARRATIVE FOR CHILDREN OF COLOR
Our founders have witnessed firsthand how school systems can be underfunded and incapable of providing quality education for students of color. The purpose of this project is to even the playing field for children in marginalized communities. We will provide these students with the adequate resources to succeed in school and guide them to find their purpose.
WHAT WE DO

MENTORSHIP
Lead By Example
The purpose of mentorship at REACH is to partner students with a mentor that will guide them through their academic careers and give them a sense of family. Here at REACH we want our students to know we care and be their of voice of reason when they don’t have one.
COLLEGE READINESS
Succeed Anywhere
We will provide students with tutoring services and preparation for standardized testing such as the SAT, ACT, and ASVAB. Students will have the opportunity to tour several colleges throughout the state and hear personal stories from college students to get a better understanding of what to expect throughout their college careers. Scholarships are important but can be hard to find, we will provide students with a compiled list of scholarships that best fit them.
COMMUNITY
For One Another
Here at REACH we know how important it is to surround yourself with positivity. Our goal is to create a community of students driven to succeed not only individually, but as a collective. In return these students as a collective will gift their own communities with the tools and resources that were given to them.
